Reinventing the Crescent
Project Details:
This project was executed in support of a multi-phase, $300m riverfront development project in New Orleans known locally as “Reinventing the Crescent”. Another successful collaboration with Trumpet and Ben Gauslin, this site combines a high-quality visual design aesthetic with a solid functional site architecture and engaging user experience.
The New Orleans Building Corporation was previously saddled with a website that was extremely difficult (if not downright impossible) to update and maintain. Apart from that, it just didn’t fulfill the client’s needs to communicate with its audience. After a thorough content review, we gave this site a major overhaul in both visual appeal and functional capability.
Choosing to leverage the power of Expression Engine as a CMS we were able to give the client control over virtually every aspect of content on the site. This allowed them to be able to communicate with their audience and stakeholders in a more compelling and timely manner.
